Will you cut my part to prove the machine suitability?
If all products on your order are in stock, machines typically ship within a week of receiving payment. To provide free shipping in the contiguous U.S., all items that ship freight (on pallets) must ship together. If you add items to your cart that normally ship freight (such as machines, stands, enclosures, rotary tables, and ATCs), and any of those items is on backorder, we hold the rest of your order until those freight items are back in stock. The amount of time it can take to fulfill a backorder varies but can in some cases it could take up to 6 weeks. If you want to ship part of your order, you may do so for an additional cost. Please email us at orders@tormach.com and we'll provide a quote for the shipping cost.

What should I check during machine unpacking if bolts, panels, doors, or hardware appear loose?
Stop and document the issue before operating the machine. Take photos, check for visible damage, and contact Support to confirm whether inspection, adjustment, or replacement parts are needed.
How are delivery, installation, and training handled for my location?
Delivery, installation, and training options vary by machine and location. Contact Tormach with your address, machine model, and desired service level so the correct options can be reviewed.
Where can I download or install PathPilot for an older Tormach machine?
PathPilot availability depends on the machine model and control hardware. Confirm your machine model, serial number, and controller type before installing or updating.
How do I import a DXF file or prepare a file for machining in PathPilot?
PathPilot generally runs G-code, not raw design files. Use CAM software to convert DXF geometry into toolpaths and post-process the program for PathPilot before running it.
