THE TORMACH DIFFERENCE

Our machines are built on open-source technology with free software updates for life, and our field service option is just that: an option, not a requirement. It’s one more way we support your success - on your terms.
PRICING
An initial pre-charge of $2,500 is required to reserve on-site field service. The final charge will reflect the total time spent on-site, billed at $200/hour + travel expenses.
Break-Fix service is available for existing Tormach machines purchased through Tormach, affiliated resellers, or third parties. This service includes part replacement and installation, a machine inspection with preventative maintenance recommendations, and onsite troubleshooting to identify root causes and suggest possible solutions.
Parts not under warranty are billed separately. Break-Fix service can also be bundled with training for a more complete onsite support experience.
