Eight station automatic tool changer (ATC) for the 440M
Reclaim your time with the 440M’s Automatic Toolchanger. The Automatic Toolchanger allows you to run programs without the need for manual intervention - freeing up you (or your operator) to tend other machines, or get your next part programmed.
When a tool change is called for in your g-code program, the Automatic Tool Changer’s carousel slides into position under the spindle and swaps out the active cutting tool. It then slides back to the stowed position, and resumes your program.
The Automatic Tool Changer seamlessly integrates with your mill’s electrical cabinet and PathPilot controller.
Compatibility: 440M, Tormach Tooling System (TTS). Some assembly required.
